If you have been experiencing overwhelming negative emotions, distress, or have been having difficulties in the different roles you play at home, school, or at work, then you may want to consult one of our professional psychologists. Psychotherapy or counseling is not just for those who have been experiencing symptoms of mental health disorders. It is also intended for those who have some personal issues or problems that need addressing. It is intended for those who need a listening ear from a kind and non-judgmental friend. Our sessions are done face-to-face, but online psychotherapy sessions are also available and are done via Zoom. Zoom links are automatically generated for our clients for convenience. Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Once your payment has been completed, your appointment will be confirmed. Please take note that what you have purchased is the time slot for your appointment. If this will be your first meeting, please arrive at the clinic 30 MINUTES before your appointment. You will be asked to read our clinic's informed consent form and write your signature. The time will also be allotted for any questions you may have before you start the session. For succeeding sessions (for Psychotherapy and Clinical Assessment), you may arrive 15 MINUTES prior to your scheduled appointment. We are giving a grace period of 15 MINUTES from the start of the session to accommodate you. Arriving later than 15 minutes means your time and payment will be forfeited. Not showing up for your appointment will also lead to forfeiting your time and payment. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to TWO DAYS before your set appointment. This is so we can accommodate other clients who may need our services. For allowed cancellations, we will gladly refund your payment. Please just send us an email together with your proof of payment.
