Service Description
Clinical psychological assessment uses reliable and valid tools in describing a person's personality, intelligence, achievement, and other abilities. The results from clinical psychological assessment can be used for different purposes such as but not limited to conceptualizing appropriate treatments, providing a basis for legal proceedings and social welfare interventions, for placement in different programs and services, and for enrollment of children with special needs. Our clinic uses the most recent and best assessment tools in the industry thanks to our partner Vanguard Assessments, and are administered and interpreted only by trained licensed mental health professionals. We offer partial or full clinical psychological assessment depending on the reason for referral. Partial clinical psychological assessment in our clinic costs 8,000.00 PHP, while full psychological assessment costs 12,000.00 PHP. The time it takes to finish a psychological assessment session varies depending on the type of assessment needed. For full clinical psychological assessment, multiple sessions may be needed.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY After booking your appointment, you have 24 hours to make your payment. Otherwise, the slot will be given to other clients in the waiting list. Once your payment has been completed, your appointment will be confirmed. Please take note that what you have purchased is the time slot for your appointment. For payment instructions and to pay for your appointment, you can access our PAYMENT FORM using this link: https://forms.wix.com/45f7fcff-2c21-44c3-bdad-155c3436b728:d41303ae-b7e7-4d3c-8cd0-3648c7579de8 If this will be your first meeting, please arrive at the clinic 30 MINUTES before your appointment. You will be asked to read our clinic's informed consent form and write your signature. The time will also be allotted for any questions you may have before you start the session. For succeeding sessions (for Psychotherapy and Clinical Assessment), you may arrive 15 MINUTES prior to your scheduled appointment. We are giving a grace period of 15 MINUTES from the start of the session to accommodate you. Arriving later than 15 minutes means your time and payment will be forfeited. Not showing up for your appointment will also lead to forfeiting your time and payment. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to TWO DAYS before your set appointment. This is so we can accommodate other clients who may need our services. For allowed cancellations, we will gladly refund your payment. Please just send us an email together with your proof of payment.
